半定量风险评估法在印刷岗位有机溶剂职业健康风险评估中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨半定量风险评估法在印刷岗位有机溶剂职业健康风险评估中的适用性。方法采用GBZ/T 298-2017中半定量风险评估法对肇庆市4家典型生产企业的印刷岗位进行职业健康风险评估。结果印刷岗位有机溶剂风险等级评估结果接触比值法为1~4级,接触指数法为2~3级,综合指数法为2~3级,接触指数法和综合指数法一致性较理想(Kappa=0.713,P=0.000)。结论在对印刷岗位有机溶剂进行职业健康风险评估时,可根据调查结果的详尽程度选用不同的风险评估方法:接触比值法较简单,接触指数法较保守,综合指数法较全面。Objective To explore the applicability of semi-quantitative occupational health risk assessment method for organic solvents of printing post.Methods Semi-quantitative risk assessment method from GBZ/T 298 was used to assess the occupational health of printing posts in 4 typical industries.Results The risk classifications of the contact ratio model were 1-4 grade for the organic solvents of printing posts,while the risk classifications of the contact index model and the synthesis index model were grade 2-3.The consistency of the contact index model and the synthesis index model was good(Kappa=0.713,P=0.000).Conclusion Different semi-quantitative risk assessment methods can be used for assessing the occupational health of the oragnic solvents of printing post.The contact ratio model is easy to apply,the contact index model is relative conservative and the synthesis index model is much comprehensive.
