黄参酊剂中药外敷在急性外伤性软组织损伤患者护理中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与分析对急性外伤性软组织损伤患者采用中药黄参酊剂外敷的护理效果。方法:选取我院2017年7月到2018年7月收治80例急性外伤性软组织损伤患者,采用随机分组的方法分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组给予休息、冰敷、加压包扎、抬高患肢、抗渗出药物消肿、止痛药物等治疗,观察组在此基础上配合采用黄参酊剂中药外敷。结果:观察组患者的总有效率92.5%明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:黄参酊剂外敷具有明显的消炎、止痛、消肿作用,可以减少患者病痛时间,加快软组织损伤修复。Objective:To observe and analyze the nursing effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine Huangshen tincture on patients with acute traumatic soft tissue injury.Methods:From 2017.7 to 2018.7,80 patients with acute traumatic soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given rest,ice,compression,and lifting.Treatment of high affected limbs,swelling of anti-exudative drugs,analgesic drugs,etc.On the basis of this,the observation group cooperated with external application of Huangshen tincture.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 92.5%significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:External application of Huangshen tincture has obvious anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and swelling effects,reduces the pain time,and speeds up the repair of soft tissue damage.
