摘　　要：以酞酸酯类污染物中的邻苯二甲酸酯为测定对象,利用高效液相色谱法测定鱼肉中邻苯二甲酸酯含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定和表示》(GB/T 27418-2017)中的相关规定,对影响测定结果准确性的影响因素进行分析,建立不确定度的评定方法。结果表明本实验方法中标准曲线和重复性是该方法不确定度评定的主要来源。Taking phthalates in phthalate pollutants as the measurement object,the content of phthalates in fish meat was de?termined by high-performance liquid chromatography.(GB/T 27418-2017),The influencing factors that affect the accura?cy of the measurement results was analyzed and an evaluation method of uncertainty was established.The results show that the calibration and the repeatability in this experimental method are the main sources of uncertainty in evaluation of the method.
