摘 要:针对架空乘人装置在长期运转过程中存在着能耗高、运行成本经济性弱的缺陷,提出一种基于智能控制装置的架空乘人装置综合节能控制装置,通过对架空乘人装置上人员分布和数量的监测实现自动调整架空乘人装置的运行速度,调整驱动电机的输出功率,以满足架空乘人装置的节能需求。该节能控制装置极大降低了架空乘人装置在运行时的电能消耗,显著提升了架空乘人装置的运行经济性。Aiming at the defects of high energy consumption and weak cost and economy in the long-term operation of the overhead passenger device, a comprehensive energy-saving control device based on the intelligent control device is proposed, which can automatically adjust the running speed of the overhead passenger device and adjust the output power of the drive motor to meet the energy saving demand of the overhead passenger device by monitoring the personnel distribution and quantity on the overhead passenger device. The energy saving control device greatly reduces the electric energy consumption of the overhead passenger device during operation, and improves the operation economy of the overhead passenger device.
