摘　　要：以某型号双中间轴8挡变速器为研究对象,根据售后故障反馈信息进行分析及试验验证,验证结果为:导致双中间轴变速器异响的一个重要原因为输入轴传动齿轮齿形不合格。Taking a certain type of double-intermediate-shaft 8-speed transmission as the research object, the after-sale fault feedback information is analyzed and verified by test It is concluded that one of the important reasons for the abnormal sound of the double-intermediate-shaft transmission is that the profile of the transmission gear of the input shaft is not up to standard.
