摘　　要：针对选煤厂现有块煤排矸工艺和粗煤泥分选存在的问题进行了分析,在入选原煤特性及可选性基础上提出了排矸及粗煤泥分选系统改造方案,并确定了改造后的主要设备。实践应用效果表明:该改造方案项目投资合理,技术效果理想,每年可为企业创造2 381万元的利润。This paper analyzes the existing problems of coal discharge gangue technology and crude coal slime separation in our coal concentrator, puts forward the reforming scheme of gangue discharge and coarse coal slurry separation system on the basis of the selected coal characteristics and selectability, and determines the main equipment after revamping. The practical application results show that the project investment is reasonable, the technical effect is ideal, and it can create 23.81 million yuan profit for the enterprise every year.
