内燃机车增压器轴承烧损分析及改进措施研究

摘　　要：针对潞安矿业集团铁路运营公司的国产内燃机车ZN315LSB型增压器轴承烧损故障进行了分析研究,指出了发生此类故障的主要原因,有针对性地提出了处理措施及改进建议,为内燃机车的安全稳定运行提供了保证,同时为增压器轴承烧损故障的查找和维修提供技术支持。This paper analyzes and studies the burning fault of zn315 lsb type supercharger bearing in domestic diesel locomotive of lu’an mining group railway operation company, points out the main reason of this kind of fault, puts forward the treatment measures and improvement suggestions, provides the guarantee for the safe and stable operation of diesel locomotive, and provides technical support for finding and repairing the burning fault of supercharger bearing.
