摘　　要：目的采用HPLC建立金银花中芦丁、金丝桃苷、木犀草苷、木犀草素4种黄酮成分含量测定的方法,分析不同产地金银花中这4种成分的含量差异,为评价金银花药材质量提供参考。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长350 nm,柱温30℃。结果4种成分均达到基线分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.9996),平均加样回收率为99.51%~100.35%,RSD<2%,建立的方法简便快速,准确度高,重现性好。结论不同产地金银花中芦丁和木犀草苷的含量差异较大,而金丝桃苷和木犀草素的含量均较低,差异较小。本实验为金银花药材的质量评价提供了一定的科学依据。Object In order to evaluate the quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,HPLC method was established to determinate contents of rutin,hyperoside,galuteolin,and luteolin in 9 batches of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos from different producing areas.Methods The chromatographic sepration was carried out on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.5%glacial acetic acid at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 350 nm,the colum temperature was 30℃.Results The 4 components were in baseline separation,the linearities were good(r≥0.9996),and the average recoveries were 99.51%~100.35%,RSD<2%.The established method is simple,rapid,accurate,and reproducible.Conclusion The contents of rutin and galuteolin in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos from different habitats were different,while the contents of hyperoside and luteolin were lower,and the differences were small.This experiment provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.
