摘 要:热阻和流阻是评价液冷散热器性能的主要参数。该文研制一套高精度的液冷散热器性能测试系统,由液冷散热器的进口流体温度控制单元、进口流量控制单元、模拟热源控制单元及测量单元组成。在台面温度测量方面,由于现有标准(GB/T 8446.2—2004)规定的温度测点位置不适应液冷散热器热阻测量,提出改进方法。开发相应的测试软件,具有系统控制、数据实时采集、测试报告输出等功能。并对某型号液冷散热器进行实验研究,通过实验数据对系统的测量不确定度进行分析,流阻测试的不确定度为0.48%,热阻测试的不确定度为2.4%。验证系统用于散热器流阻热阻测试的可靠性。Thermal resistance and flow resistance are the main parameters to evaluate the performance of the liquid-cooled heat sink.A high-precision performance testing system for liquid-cooled heat sink was developed.The system was consisted of the inlet liquid temperature control unit,the liquid inlet flow rate control unit,the simulated heat source control unit,and measurement unit.Because the provisions of existing standard(GB/T 8446.2—2004)in measuring point location of surface temperature was not suited to the measurement of thermal resistance of liquid-cooled heat sink,an improved method was proposed.The testing software was developed,which had some useful functions,such as system controlling,real-time data acquisition and test report output.A liquid-cooled heat sink had been experimented.The uncertainty of the testing system was analyzed by using the experimental data,the relative uncertainty of flow resistance and thermal resistance is 0.48%and 2.4%,respectively.The reliability of the system for measuring the thermal resistance and flow resistance is verified.
