摘 要:随着生态防护技术在公路边坡的广泛应用,生态护坡越来越受到人们的关注。但由于对生态护坡缺乏系统的经济评价体系,其价值及优势没能更直观地体现出来,影响了边坡生态防护技术的进一步推广。从生态效益的角度对生态边坡带来的经济效益进行量化,分别以吸收CO2释放O2、吸收SO2、滞尘、涵养水源、景观提升等方面的价值估算,结合工程原材料制作释放CO2造成的污染,并考虑工程的建设成本和维护成本,对生态护坡进行经济评价,利用经济学基本原理,提出具体的定量估算方法。实例分析表明,当条件适合时,生态护坡有较好的经济效益,不同形式的生态护坡模式之间经济效益存在差别。Along with the wider application of ecological protection technology to the highway slop,the ecological slope protection is attracting increasing attention.Due to the lack of systematic economic evaluation system for ecological slope protection,its value and advantages are not reflected more directly and further promotion of slope ecological protection technology is affected.From the perspective of ecological benefits,the paper quantified the economic benefit brought by ecological slope.Taking the valuation of absorption of CO2 and release of O2,absorbing SO2,dust-retention,water resources conservation and landscape upgrading,combing with the pollution caused by CO2 emission from raw material production and considering the construction cost and maintenance cost of the project,it took economic evaluation of ecological slope protection and put forward specific quantitative estimation method,using the theory of economics.The results of case study show that when applicable,the ecological slope protection has better economical benefits and different ecological slope protection modes have different economical benefits.
