摘  要:为掌握钢轨状态,实时断轨检测方法的研究愈发显得重要和紧迫。把需要监测区间的钢轨两端短路成一个环形成一个负载,然后构建断轨监测设备,通过自激励产生特定频率的电流对负载提供功率,形成一个测试单元。在测试单元工作时,如果钢轨没有断轨,则这一测试单元的道床电阻不变,电流保持不变;如果钢轨断轨,则这一测试单元的道床电阻明显变大,电流变小。本系统适用于实时监测钢轨完全横向断裂。In order to get the rail condition, the research of real-time broken rail detection method becomes more and more important and urgent. In this paper, the two ends of the rail in the monitoring area are short-circuited into a loop to form a load, and then the broken rail monitoring equipment is constructed to form a test unit to provide power to the load by self-exciting current with a specific frequency. When the test unit is working, if the rail is not broken, the ballast resistance of this test unit will remain unchanged and the current will remain unchanged;if the rail is broken, the ballast resistance of this test unit will increase obviously and the current will decrease. This system is applicable for real-time monitoring of rail complete transverse fracture.
