摘　　要：三螺杆泵是一种典型的运输油类和高粘度液体的容积式流体机械,其具有压力脉动小、性能稳定、自吸性好等优点,在舰船的辅机系统中起着至关重要的作用,三螺杆泵的损坏势必会影响辅机系统的运行。文章通过原因分析、拆检、故障排查、故障确认、故障修复等,解决了某船用三螺杆泵无法盘车的故障,为预防三螺杆泵发生类似故障提供了思路,起到了重要的指导性作用。Triple screw pump is a typical volumetric fluid machinery for transporting oil and high viscosity liquid. It has the advantages of small pressure fluctuation, stable performance and good self-priming. It plays a vital role in the auxiliary system of naval ships. The damage of triple screw pump will inevitably affect the operation of the auxiliary system. Through cause analysis, disassembly and inspection, troubleshooting, fault confirmation and repairing, the problem that a marine triple screw pump can’t turn on the truck is solved. It provides ideas for preventing similar troubles of triple screw pump and plays an important guiding role.
