中药烫疗配合运动疗法治疗早中期膝骨关节炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药烫疗配合运动疗法治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:90例患者随机分为对照组、治疗1组和治疗2组,每组均30例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射,治疗1组采用热敷和运动疗法治疗,治疗2组采用中药烫疗联合运动疗法治疗。将VAS与WOMAC作为评价指标比较三组治疗前后的疗效。结果:三组治疗前VAS与WOMAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组的VAS与WOMAC评分均降低,对照组和治疗1组的VAS与WOMAC评分显著低于治疗2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗2组低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药烫疗配合运动疗法治疗早中期膝骨关节炎效果较好,能有效减轻患者疼痛、可进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine scalding combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,30 cases in each group.The control group was injected with sodium hyaluronate injection into knee joint cavity,the treatment group 1 was treated with hot compress and exercise therapy,and the treatment group 2 was treated with traditional Chinese medicine scalding combined with exercise therapy.VAS and WOMAC were used as evaluation indexes to compare the efficacy of three groups before and after treatment.Results there was no significant difference between VAS and WOMAC before treatment in the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS and WOMAC in the three groups were decreased.The scores of VAS and WOMAC in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group 1(P<0.05).The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine scalding combined with exercise therapy is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients and can be further promoted.
