摘　　要：基于企业现有G1~#—G5~#不同钢化玻璃生产线,分别采取不同参数设计与配置,利旧改造国产钢化炉满足生产2.5mm、2.0 mm半钢化双玻玻璃(浮法和压花)工艺要求,解决双玻组件中的钢化问题,实现太阳能光伏玻璃产品的稳定量产。Based on the existing G1~# - G5~# different toughened glass production lines of the enterprise, different parameter design and configuration are adopted respectively. Solve the problem of toughening in double glass components. The domestic toughening furnace of the old transformation can meet the process requirements of producing 2.5 mm、2.0 mm semi toughened double glass(float and embossing), so as to realize the stable mass production of solar photovoltaic glass products.
