摘 要:滚刀装配的不确定性因素往往造成全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)刀盘载荷的波动,进而引起刀盘系统动力学分析精度下降和设计人员理论指导失误的问题。针对以上问题,文章提出了一种装配不确定因素下的TBM刀盘载荷波动规律分析方法。首先,通过对实测、仿真和实验数据提取的特征进行分析来拟合典型地质下不同类型滚刀的载荷时域图;其次,通过对装配不确定因素进行分析,建立TBM刀盘装配不确定因素下的滚刀位置的数学表征模型,并在此基础上分析了考虑装配不确定因素的必要性;最后,通过结合区间理论,将不确定因素转化为区间变量,并通过分析此时的载荷波动情况发现:当出现装配的不确定因素时,径向载荷波动区间具有对称波动特性,而倾覆力矩波动区间与其相反。另外,不同类型滚刀的装配不确定性对刀盘各向载荷的影响是不同的。The uncertainty of the cutter assembly often causes the load fluctuation of the tunnel boring machine(TBM) cutterhead, which causes the problem of the decline of the dynamic analysis accuracy of the cutterhead system and the designer’s theoretical guidance error. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a method to analyze the load fluctuation of TBM cutterhead under assembly uncertainty. Firstly, the load time domain diagrams of different types of cutters in typical geology are fitted by analyzing the characteristics of field measured data, simulation data and experimental data extraction. Then, by analyzing the assembly uncertainty, the mathematical representation model of the cutter position under the uncertainty of TBM cutter assembly is established, and the necessity of considering the assembly uncertainty is analyzed. Finally, by combining the interval theory, the uncertain factor is transformed into interval variable, and through the analysis of the load fluctuation at this time, we found that: When the assembly uncertainty appears, the fluctuation interval of radial load has symmetrical fluctuation characteristics, while the fluctuation interval of overturning moment is opposite. In addition, the influence of assembly uncertainty of different types of cutters on the load of cutterhead is different.
