摘  要:家蚕不仅是一种家养经济昆虫,也是鳞翅目模式昆虫,广泛用于基础与应用研究。同时,蚕丝业对许多发展中国家的经济和农业发展具有重要意义。家蚕饲养成功的关键在于它消化食物和吸收营养的能力,这种能力发生在消化管。由于食源植物对昆虫摄食的主动防御机制和环境微生物在摄食过程中很容易进入消化管,因此消化管的结构特征和物理屏障机制可以进行功能性物质和蛋白质摄取,以及防止机械损伤、毒性侵害和微生物入侵感染,确保了家蚕幼虫期对营养物质的高效摄取、消化、吸收、代谢与积累。Silkworm is not only a domestic economic insect,but also a typical lepidopteran insect,which is widely used in fundamental and applied research.Meanwhile,sericultural industry is of great significance to the development of economy and agriculture in many developing countries.The ability to digest food and absorb nutrition is the key to the successful rearing of silkworm,which depends on its digestive tract.Due to self-defense of plant against insect biting and easy entry of environmental microorganism into digestive tract during feeding,digestive tract is equipped with special structure and physical barrier to guarantee the intake of functional matter and proteins,and to prevent mechanical damage,toxicity and virus infection,all of which ensure that silkworm larvae can be efficient intake,digestion,absorption,metabolism and accumulation of nutrients.
