增殖性红斑1例

摘　　要：患者男,46岁,龟头红斑10年。皮损组织病理示:表皮银屑病样增生,全层表皮不典型角质形成细胞,细胞排列紊乱,基底膜完整,真皮浅层淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:增殖性红斑。A 46-year-old male patient presented with erythema on the glans penis for 10 years.Histopathology of the skin lesions showed epidermal psoriasis-like hyperproliferation and atypical keratinocytes in the whole epidermis.The proliferative cells were randomly arranged,and the basement membrane was still intact.The infiltration of lymphocyte presented in the upper dermis.Diagnosis:erythroplasia Queyrat.
