调中汤对脾虚肝旺型厌食症儿童血清Leptin、NPY、VIP影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调中汤对脾虚肝旺型厌食症儿童的临床疗效及对血清瘦素(Leptin)、瘦素神经肽Y(NPY)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响。方法:选择120例脾虚肝旺型小儿厌食症,随机分为调中汤治疗组、西药组和空白对照组。调中汤治疗组予调中汤口服,西药组予葡萄糖酸锌颗粒口服,空白组予健康教育;治疗4周为1个疗程,评价临床疗效,观察治疗前后各组患儿中医证候积分及血清Leptin、NPY、VIP水平的变化。结果:治疗4周后,调中汤治疗组临床总有效率明显高于其他2组(P<0.05);3组患儿中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),调中汤治疗组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。调中汤治疗组和西药组治疗后血清Leptin、NPY水平明显升高,血清VIP水平明显降低;调中汤治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:调中汤可有效治疗小儿脾虚肝旺型厌食症,对血清Leptin、NPY、VIP的分泌影响作用优于西药组。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiaozhong Decoction on anorexia children with spleen-deficiency and liver prosperous and its effects on serum Leptin,leptin neuropeptide Y(NPY)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP).Methods:120 children with anorexia children with spleen-deficiency and liver prosperous were randomly divided into Tiaozhong Decoction group,Western medicine group and blank control group.Tiaozhong Decoction group was treated with Tiaozhong Decoction orally,the Western medicine group was given with Zinc gluconate granules orally,and the blank group was given health education,children from the three groups were treated for 4 weeks,then evaluated the curative effect,the clinical syndrome score of each group before and after treatment were observed,the changes of serum Leptin,NPY and VIP were detected.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of theTiaozhong Decoction group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);the clinical syndrome score of the three groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the effect of Tiaozhong Decoction group was the most significant(P<0.05).The serum Leptin and NPY levels in theTiaozhong Decoction group and the Western medicine group were significantly raised,the serum VIP level was significantly lowered;the improvement effects of Tiaozhong Decoction group were more significant than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhong Decoction can effectively treat anorexia children with spleen-deficiency and liver prosperous,and its effect on the secretion of serum Leptin,NPY and VIP is better than that of Western medicine group.
