摘　　要：目的:探讨中药参芪化瘀汤辅助治疗对脓毒症患者炎性因子及D-二聚体的影响。方法:84例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组42例与观察组42例,对照组采取感染控制、营养支持、血液净化、机械通气及基础疾病等对症治疗,观察组辅以参芪化瘀汤口服,每日1剂,7 d为1个疗程。治疗前及治疗7 d后进行血CRP(C反应蛋白)、PCT(降钙素原)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)及D-D(D-二聚体)检测,并急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHEII)评分。结果:治疗7 d后两组患者血CRP、PCT、TNF-α、IL-6、D-D水平均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),APACHEII评分也明显降低(P<0.05);观察组上述指标改善均显著于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药参芪化瘀汤辅助治疗可明显减轻脓毒症患者炎症反应,改善机体生理功能和健康状况。Objective:To explore the effects of Shenqi Huayu Decoction Adjuvant Therapy on inflammatory factors and D-D levels.Methods:84 cases with sepsis were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases)according to random number table,control group was treated with routine therapy of Western medicine,observation group was treated with Shenqi Huayu Decoction on the basis of routine therapy of Western medicine,7 days was one treatment course.Before treatment and after treatment 7 days,blood CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IIL-6 and D-D levels were determined,APACHEII score was recorded.Results:After treatment 7 days,the levels of blood CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-6 and D-D levels in bothe the two groups were all decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),APACHEII score was lowered(P<0.05);the changes of all above indexes in the observation group were more significant than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Huayu Decoction Adjuvant Therapy sepsis is conducive to relieve inflammation,improve patient’s physiological function and health status.
