摘 要:通过正交试验研究了漂白粉用量、浸出时间、液固比、碱耗量等4个因素在3个水平条件下的正交试验结果,确定了较优浸出条件为40 g原矿在25℃条件下,25 g漂白粉和9 g氢氧化钠,液固比8∶1浸出5 h为较优浸出条件,金的浸出率可达65.53%。试验结果表明,漂白粉对贵州难浸金矿有一定的浸出效果,且浸出成本低,值得进一步研究。Orthogonal tests were conducted to study four factors:leaching agent dosage,leaching time,liquid-solid ratio and alkali consumption at three levels.By analyzing the test results,we determined the optimal leaching conditions.It was when 40 g gold ores was soak in the mix of 25 g bleach and 9 g sodium hydroxide for 5 hours with a liquid-solid ratio of 8∶1 at the temperature of 25℃that the best leaching effect was obtained.Under that condition,the leaching rate could reach 65.53%.The tests results indicated that the leaching of refractory gold ores by bleaching powder,to some extent,was effective and cost little,deserving further studies.
