摘 要:为优化半潜式生产平台的尺度设计,以大倾角稳性研究为基础,分析上部平台型式对半潜式平台稳性的影响,探讨半潜式生产平台与半潜式钻井平台在稳性设计、尺度规划上的区别。从规范衡准角度出发,研究半潜式生产平台主尺度参数对其大倾角稳性及许用重心高度的影响,归纳稳性设计要点:在运动性能较优、甲板面积合理的情况下,应尽可能增加半潜式生产平台的立柱宽度和间距,以弥补其无上浮力体带来的大倾角稳性紧张的问题。提出一种独特的提高平台大倾角稳性的方法。In order to optimize the scale design of the semi submersible production unit,the influence of different types of upper deck on the stability of the semi submersible platform is analyzed on the basis of the research on the stability of large angles.The differences on the stability design and dimension planning between the semi submersible production platform and the semi submersible drilling platform are discussed.With the study of stability criteria,the effect of dimensional parameters on stability at large angles and permitting height of gravity of production unit is investigated.Key points of the stability design of semi submersible production unit are summarized:in the case of good motion performance and reasonable deck area,the column width and spacing of the semi submersible production platform should be increased to make up for the poor stability of the large angle caused by the absence of buoyant body on upper deck.A unique measure is put forward to increase stability at large angles.
