探讨维护足踝功能位护理对策

摘　　要：目的:观察探讨维护足踝功能位护理对策.方法:将2018年1月-12月需要足踝功能位维护的60例患者随机分组,分为对照组30例与观察组30例,对照组进行传统护理模式,观察组采取维护足踝功能护理,分析2组的足踝功能位保持时间与舒适度.结果:观察组患者的足踝功能位保持程度与舒适度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过有效的维护足踝功能位护理,能有效保持患者的足踝功能位,提高舒适度.Objective:To observe and discuss the nursing countermeasures of maintaining functional position of the foot and ankle.Methods:60 patients who needed to maintain functional ankle position from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The control group received traditional nursing mode,and the observation group received nursing care to maintain functional ankle position.The retention time and comfort level of functional ankle position of the two groups were analyzed.Results:the functional position maintenance degree and comfort degree of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:effective nursing care of functional position of the foot and ankle can effectively maintain the functional position of the foot and ankle and improve the comfort level.
