摘　　要：目的:探究分析快速康复在腹腔镜疝修补术患者中的临床价值.方法:选择我院2017年2月-2018年10月收治的120例腹腔镜疝修补术患者,以双色球随机模式将之分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组采用常规围术期干预方法,观察组则加用快速康复外科理念,对2组手术、胃肠功能恢复、住院所用时间和疼痛评分、并发症发生率进行比较分析.结果:观察组手术时间、术后下床时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间比对照组明显更短(P<0. 05);观察组术后疼痛持续时间比对照组更短,术后1天、3天的疼痛程度( NRS)评分比对照组明显更低( P<0. 05);观察组并发症发生率为1. 67% ,比对照组13. 33%的并发症发生率明显更低(P<0. 05).结论:快速康复应用与腹腔镜疝修补术患者中能够缩短手术时间,改善疼痛,降低并发症发生率,对促进患者术后康复有积极意义,值得推广.Objective:To explore the clinical value of rapid rehabilitation in patients undergoing laparoscopic herniorrhaphy.Metho d s:120 cases of laparoscopic hernia repair admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected,and were divided into control group and treatment group by double chromosphere random mode,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine perioperative intervention,while the observation group was treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The operation,recovery of gastrointestinal function,hospitalization time,pain score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,the time of getting out of bed after operation,the time of recovery of gastrointestinal function and the time of hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The duration of pain in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the NRS score of the 1 and 3 days after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was 1.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation and laparoscopic hemioplasty can shorten the operation time,improve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.It has positive significance to promote the recovery of patients after operation,and is worth promoting.
