分层管理模式在骨科围术期患者下肢功能锻炼护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨分层管理模式在骨科围术期患者下肢功能锻炼护理中的应用效果.方法:选取我科2019年1月-4月收治住院下肢不同部位骨折患者128例,随机分成2组,每组64例.对照组患者实施常规功能锻炼宣教护理模式,观察组患者在常规功能锻炼宣教护理模式基础上实施分层护理管理模式;同时将14名责任护士分为2大组,分别负责对照组与观察组患者功能锻炼健康教育.比较2组患者对功能锻炼掌握情况、对护理人员指导功能锻炼的满意度及术后下地活动时间.结果:观察组患者对功能锻炼掌握程度、对护理人员指导功能锻炼的满意度均明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有高度统计学意义( P<0. 01);观察组患者术后下地活动时间比对照组明显较早,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05).结论: 分层护理管理模式在骨科围术期患者下肢功能锻炼宣教管理中有助于提高护士宣教护理质量,促进患者早日下地活动,提高满意度.Objective:To study the layered management mode in orthopedic perioperative patients with lower limb functional exercise care in application effect.M ethods:select 2019 January-April 128 cases treated in hospital at different positions of the lower limb fracture patients,randomly divided into two groups,64 cases in each group.Control group,regular exercise mission nursing mode for the observation group of patients in the conventional functional exercise care model based on stratified nursing management mode;14 nurse and divided into two groups,respectively responsible for the control group and observation group of patients with functional exercise health education.Compare two groups of patients with functional exercise control situation,the satisfaction of nursing staff to guide function exercise and postoperative down time.R esults:The observation group of patients for functional exercise to master degree,satisfaction of nursing staff to guide function exercise is better than the control group,two groups of comparative differences have high statistical significance(P<0.01);Observation group of patients with postoperative fields activity time earlier than the control group obviously,the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stratified nursing management mode in orthopedic perioperative patients with lower limb functional exercise mission management helps to improve the quality of education nursing,promote patients early activities on fields,improve the degree of satisfaction.
