摘  要:为研究Cd2+胁迫对小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种商麦1619幼苗光合生理特性的影响,同时以商麦1619和区域试验对照品种小偃15为试验材料,水培条件下测定2个品种在不同Cd2+浓度胁迫下叶绿素含量、光合生理参数和抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,Cd2+胁迫后,2个小麦品种的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均有不同程度的下降;商麦1619的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈增加趋势,而小偃15呈下降趋势。相对而言,商麦1619的抗Cd2+胁迫能力弱于小偃15。To explore the effects of Cd2+ stress on physiological characteristics of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) variety Shangmai 1619 regional test control variety seedling, taking Shangmai 1619 and Xiaoyan 15 as tested materials, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic physiological parameters and antioxidant enzyme activities of wheat seeding under different Cd2+ stresses were determined under hydroponic conditions. The results showed that, after Cd2+ stress, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance(Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci), superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity of two wheat cultivars all decreased. Catalase(CAT) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in Shangmai 1619 increased, while that of Xiaoyan 15 decreased. Comparatively speaking, Shangmai 1619 showed weaker resistance than Xiaoyan 15 under Cd2+stress.
