黄连提取物对五种致病菌腹腔感染小鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6含量的影响

摘　　要：考察黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch)提取物灌胃对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、普通变形杆菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌5种常见细菌所致体内急性腹腔感染小鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6含量的影响。结果表明,黄连提取物高、中、低剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、普通变形杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌所致的腹腔感染小鼠有保护作用,可使小鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-6含量显著减少;黄连提取物有一定抗菌作用,其机制与TNF-α和IL-6有关。The effects of oral administration of Coptis chinensis extract on the contents of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in mice with acute abdominal infection induced by 5 common bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, and Klebsiella pneumonia, were investigated. The results show that the high, medium and low dose groups of Coptis chinensis extract have protective effects on mice with abdominal infection caused by S. aureus, E. coli, P.aeruginosa, P. vulgaris, and K. pneumoniae, can significantly reduce the content of TNF-α and IL-6 in mouse serum. Coptis chinensis extract has a certain antibacterial effect, and its mechanism is related to TNF-α and IL-6.
