酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片辅助喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片辅助喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月在我院住院治疗的肺炎继发性腹泻50例患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各25例。对照组单用喜炎平注射液,研究组在对照组基础上联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片。比较两组症状改善时间、住院时间、临床治疗有效率及餐前胰高血糖素(Glu)、胃动素(MTL)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平。结果研究组退热时间、止泻时间、脱水纠正时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Glu、MTL及VIP水平低于治疗前,且研究组Glu、MTL及VIP水平水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗效果优于对照组(U=2.02,P<0.05),但两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.39,P>0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片辅助喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻能改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,降低胃肠激素水平,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Clostridium Butyricum Enterococcus Triple Viable Tablets combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea. Methods Fifty children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, 25 cases in each group. The control group was given Xiyanping Injection, while the study group was given Clostridium Butyricum Enterococcus Triple Viable Tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The improvement time of symptoms, hospitalization time, effective rate of clinical treatment and the levels of glucagon before meal(Glu), motilin(MTL) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) were compared between two groups. Results The antipyretic time, antidiarrheal time and dehydration correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of Glm, MTL and VIP in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of Glu、MTL and VIP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The effect of study group was better than that of control group(U=2.02, P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(χ2=3.39, P>0.05). Conclusion Clostridium Butyricum Enterococcus Triple Viable Tablets combined with Xiyanping Injection can attenuate clinical symptoms,shorten treatment time and improve treatment efficiency, which is worthy of clinical application.
