摘　　要：目的探讨常规配置手术室器械使用频率与消毒供应室运行成本的相关性。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院常规配置的100个手术室器械包,每包40件手术器械,共包含4000件手术室器械,对4000件无特殊情况的手术室器械进行使用频率调查,并分析其与消毒供应室运行成本的相关性。结果现有配置的100个器械包内器械,平均单包内使用件数为28.45,平均单包内器械使用频率为71.13%;使用频率较高(>70%)的器械为18 cm弯血管钳、18 cm组织钳、持针器、22 cm组织剪、18 cm线剪、腹壁拉钩、12.5 cm有齿、4号刀柄、无齿卵圆钳;消毒供应室运行总成本为(3 934 832.0±847 700.0)元;经Pearson分析,手术室器械使用频率与消毒供应室运行成本成正相关(r=0.971,P=0.000)。结论手术室器械使用频率与消毒供应室运行成本成正相关,为避免造成医疗成本浪费,应合理配备手术室器械。Objective To investigate the correlation between the frequency of instruments used in routine operating room and the operating cost of disinfection supply room. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 100 operating room instruments packages with 40 instruments in each pack were selected, including 4000 operating room instruments.The frequency of use of 4000 operating room instruments without special conditions was investigated, and the correlation between them and the operating cost of disinfection supply room was analyzed. Results A total of 100 sets of instruments in the existing configuration, the average number of pieces used in a single package was 28.45, the average usage frequency of single package device was 71.13%;18 cm curved forceps, 18 cm tissue forceps, needle holder, 22 cm tissue shear, 18 cm wire scissors, abdominal retractor, 12.5 cm toothed, knife handle 4, edentulous oval forceps were used more frequently(>70%);The total operating cost of the disinfection supply room was(3 934 832.0 ±847700.0) yuan. Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the operating frequency of the operating room and the operating cost of the disinfection supply room(r=0.971, P=0.001). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the frequency of operating room instruments and the operating cost of disinfection supply room. In order to avoid waste of medical cost, operating room instruments should be reasonably equipped.
