摘　　要：目的探讨需要层次论下的心理护理对肺癌放疗患者自我效能、心理韧性的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2018年12月我院收治的80例肺癌放疗患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同将其分为干预组(n=45)和常规组(n=35)。干预组采用需要层次论指导心理护理,常规组采用常规心理护理。比较两组一般自我效能量表(GSES)、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNA)评分。结果干预3个月后,干预组GSES、CD-RISC评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组NSNA的5个维度(护士对自己的关注度、护士可交往性、专业知识储备、护理可及性及护理效率)评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将需要层次论指导的心理护理用于肺癌放疗患者,对患者的自我效能、心理韧性均有积极影响,可提高其对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing based on Maslow′s hierarchy of needs theory on self-efficacy and resilience of patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into the intervention group(n=45) and the routine group(n=35). The intervention group was given psychological nursing based on Maslow′s hierarchy of needs theory while the routine group was given routine psychological nursing. Scores of the general self-efficacy scale(GSES), the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC) and the Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNA) scores were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, scores of GSES and CD-RISC of the intervention group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05). The scores of five dimensions(nurses′ attention to themselves, nurses′ accessibility, professional knowledge reserves, care accessibility and care efficiency) of NSNA were also higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing based on Maslow′s hierarchy of needs theory on self-efficacy and resilience of patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy can enhance patients′ self-confidence and coping ability while facing problems, and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
