摘　　要：高三酰甘油血症(HTG)引起的重症胰腺炎在临床上较少见。近年来,发病率在人群中逐渐上升。患者高水平高三酰甘油严重影响着病情转归。通过对患者进行早期血浆置换并进行专科护理,旨在改善患者的病情转归,本文总结了其具体护理方法及体会,以期为促进专科护理在血浆置换治疗HTG性重症胰腺炎的应用提供参考。Severe pancreatitis caused by hypertriglyceridemia(HTG) is rare in clinic. In recent years, the incidence rate has gradually increased in the population and high level of hyperglycemia seriously affects the disease outcome of patients. The specialist nursing aims to improve the disease outcome of patients with early plasma exchange. This paper summarizes its specific program and experience, in order to provide a direction for the promotion of specialist nursing care in the treatment of severe HTG-induced pancreatitis with early plasma exchange.
