金融集聚对区域生态效率溢出效应的空间计量分析

摘　　要：金融业发挥资源配置功能,对绿色和环保产业提供资金支持,促进产业结构升级,从源头降低环境污染,提高生态效率。通过建立金融集聚和生态效率的评价指标体系,运用熵权法、超效率DEA、Moran’s I等,对金融集聚和生态效率进行时空差异分析。在此基础上,建立空间滞后模型和空间误差模型验证金融集聚对生态效率的空间溢出效应。结果显示:金融集聚和生态效率呈现出区域差异性,表现出东部、中部、西部依次递减的特点;区域差异源于局部集聚性和集聚阴影效应;银行业对中部地区生态效率溢出效应明显,证券业对东部和中部地区生态效率的溢出效应明显,保险业对生态效率溢出效应不明显,金融密度对西部地区生态效率溢出效应明显。最后,根据实证结论,提出相应的政策建议。Through the function of capital allocation,the financial industry provides financial support to green and environment protection industries,promotes the upgrading of industrial structure,and reduces environmental pollution at the source and improves ecological efficiency.The evaluation index system of financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency was established respectively,and the spatial and temporal differences of financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency were analyzed by entropy weight method,super efficiency DEA and Moran’s I index.The paper established spatial lag model and spatial error model to verify the spatial spillover effect of financial agglomeration on ecological efficiency.The results show that financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency have regional differences that result from local agglomeration shadow effect.It shows that the east,the middle and the west region decrease successively.The banking industry has spillover effects on the ecological efficiency of the central region.The securities industry plays an obvious role in ecological efficiency in the eastern and western regions.The effect of insurance industry on ecological efficiency is not significant.Financial density has obvious spillover effect on ecological efficiency in western China.Finally,according to the empirical result,the paper puts forward some suggestions.
