摘 要:针对充填体下无底柱分段崩落法的两种采场结构参数,利用FLAC3D软件对回采进路稳定性进行了数值模拟分析。发现开掘回采进路后,随着生产的推进,围岩顶底板与两帮受到拉应力的区域逐渐扩大,压应力集中区域有从进路顶、底角位置处向分段间深部围岩转移的趋势,且分段高度越小,回采进路受到相邻分段开采的影响越大。回采不同分段矿石时,变形量曲线有明显改变,故矿石回采对进路稳定性存在一定影响。底板上鼓量、顶板下沉量受开采扰动较大,两帮收敛量受开采扰动的影响较小,故在实际生产过程中,进路两帮的安全性可能优于进路顶底板。因此在生产中,要注意加强对进路顶、底板的监测,并采取支护措施增强进路顶、底板的支护。Aiming at the two groups of stope structure parameters of the non-pillar sublevel caving method under backfill,the stability of drifts was numerically analyzed by FLAC3 D.Along with the advancement of production activities,the tensile stress area in roof,floor and wall of the drifts surrounding rock gradually expanded and the compressive stress concentration area had a trend to transfer to deeper surrounding rock from the corners in roof and floor after the drifts was excavated.The smaller the sublevel height,the greater the affection of adjacent sublevel mining on the drift.When different sublevel ores were excavated,the deformation curve had obvious change.This indicated that ore stoping had a certain influence on the stability of drifts,namely,vertical deformation of roof and floor was obviously affected by mining disturbance,but horizontal deformation of wall was less affected.In the actual production process,the safety of wall may be superior to roof and floor of drifts.Therefore,the monitoring for roof and floor of drifts should be strengthened in production,and support measures should be taken to enhance the support in the roof and floor of drifts.
