摘 要:搜集了2010~2017年湖南大湘西地区及部分省市矿业产出经济指标和二氧化硫排放量等数据,采用门限回归方法,从经济规模、矿业结构、能源结构和安全保障等方面,探讨大湘西地区矿业绿色发展水平及其动力因素。研究发现:大湘西地区矿业发展处于较低水平,与其他矿业绿色发展示范区和试验区有较大差距;矿业规模、安全保障和矿业结构是影响矿业绿色发展的重要因素,能源结构则通过影响规制强度间接地对环境产生影响。应优化矿业结构,促进能源结构低碳化,提高安全保障,加大环境保护力度,以加快大湘西地区矿业绿色发展。Based on the data on economic indicators of mining output and sulfur dioxide emissions in Western Hunan and some provinces and cities from 2010 to 2017,the green development level of mining industry and its driving factors in Western Hunan were discussed by threshold regression method from the economic scale,mining structure,energy structure and safety guarantee.The study found that the development of mining industry in Western Hunan was at a low level,which was far behind other green development demonstration areas and experimental areas.The mining scale,safety guarantee and mining structure were the important factors affecting green development of mining industry,while the energy structure indirectly affected the environment by influencing the intensity of regulation.In order to speed up the green development of mining industry in Western Hunan,the mining structure should be optimized,the low-carbon energy structure should be promoted,safety guarantee should be improved,and the environmental protection should be strengthened.
