摘　　要：装配式混凝土工程工程量清单计价,必须按相应的工程量计算规范规定的工程量计算规则进行工程计量。近年来,装配式混凝土建筑作为装配式建筑的典型结构形式得到了较快发展。针对装配式混凝土工程清单计算规范和消耗量定额不相匹配的问题,文章运用WBS将装配式混凝土工程清单计算规范和工程消耗量定额进行分部工程分解,对照工程消耗量定额对清单计算规范进行改进。实现了装配式混凝土工程消耗量定额和工程量清单的衔接对照,有效地完成清单计价。为装配式建筑工程造价精细化管理提供了新思路。For the valuation of the bill of quantities of the fabricated concrete, the project measurement shall be carried out according to the calculation rules stipulated in the corresponding code for the calculation of quantities. In recent years, prefabricated concrete buildings, as a typical structural form of prefabricated buildings, have developed rapidly. In order to solve the problem that the calculation specification and consumption quota of prefabricated concrete engineering list do not match, WBS is used to decompose the list calculation specification of prefabricated concrete project and the project consumption quota into partial projects, and then the list calculation specification is improved according to the project consumption quota. The comparison between consumption quota of prefabricated concrete project and bill of quantities is realized. It provides a new idea for fine management of prefabricated construction cost.
