地下人行通道和出入口工程概算突破估算原因分析

摘　　要：随着经济和社会发展,我国地铁建设已进入快速发展阶段,人民对于与地铁相连通的出入口和人行通道的需求也越来越多。本文针对地下人行通道和出入口工程造价编制过程中出现的概算超投资估算的问题,通过某城市地下人行通道和出入口工程案例的分析,找出其概算指标与估算指标水平的差异,并找出原因所在和提出投资估算编制几点建议。With the economic and social development, China’s subway construction has entered a stage of rapid development, and the people’s demand for entrances and pedestrian passages connected to the subway is also increasing. This paper aims at the problem of budget exceeding investment estimation in the process of compiling underground pedestrian passages and entrances and exits. Through the analysis of the cases of underground pedestrian passages and entrances and exits in a city, the differences between the budget and estimated indexes are found and the reasons are found. A few suggestions for the preparation of investment estimates are proposed.
