摘　　要：众包物流是众包模式在物流行业的具体应用。通过互联网技术高效对接供需信息,利用社会闲散运力完成物流任务。阐述众包与众包物流的内涵,再以众包物流企业点我达为例,指出众包物流存在政治风险、法律风险、市场风险、技术风险、运营风险。以此提出形成规范标准的服务体系、加强骑手和消费者对平台的信任、积极融入电商企业的生态体系、积极开拓业务范围、国家制定包容审慎的经济政策等建议措施。Crowdsourcing logistics is a specific application of the crowdsourcing model in the logistics industry,using Internet technology to efficiently connect supply and demand information, and using social idle capacity to complete logistics tasks. This paper seplains the connotation of crowdsourcing and crowdsourcing logistics, and then take the crowdsourcing logistics enterprise Dianwoda as an example to point out that there are political risks, legal risks, market risks, technical risks and operational risks in crowdsourcing logistics.In this way, it puts forward recommendations such as forming a standardized service system, strengthening the trust of riders and consumers on the platform, actively integrating into the e-commerce enterprise ecosystem, actively expanding the business scope, and formulating inclusive and prudent economic policies.
