摘 要:为解决15#煤层综放工作面回采率较低的问题,通过理论分析计算研究表明,造成工作面回采率较低的主要因素有初采损失、端头损失及末采损失,故设计采用支护解除法降低初采损失,通过水力压裂切顶减少末采损失,现场应用结果表明,切眼支护解除可增加煤炭采出量为10913.29t,通过切顶卸压可增加22086.4t的采出量,提高了15310工作面2.65%的采出率,取得了很好的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of low recovery rate at the 15 # coal seam fully-mechanized caving face in Coal Mine, theoretical analysis and calculation studies show that the main factors that cause the lower recovery rate of the working face are the initial mining loss, end loss and final mining loss. The design adopts the support release method to reduce the initial mining loss, and reduces the final mining loss through hydraulic fracturing and cutting. The field application results show that the removal of the support can increase the coal production to10913.29 t, and the pressure can be increased by 22086.4. The recovery of t has improved the recovery rate of 2.65% in the 15310 working face, and achieved good economic benefits.
