摘 要:辛置煤矿2-208运输巷掘进期间围岩出现明显的失稳变形现象,通过矿压监测、数值模拟及理论分析等方法,探究巷道围岩的破坏情况和机理,提出采用中空锚索注浆进行加强支护,确定合理的注浆压力为3~5MPa,设计锚网索+注浆支护技术的具体方案,应用期间进行围岩位移监测,结果表明,巷道掘进期间围岩最大位移量保持在100mm以下,工作面回采期间,顶底板最大移近量为378~519mm,两帮最大移近量为450~750mm,围岩整体稳定,巷道断面基本满足工作面生产要求。During the excavation of the 2-208 transportation lane in Xinzhi Coal Mine, the surrounding rock exhibited obvious instability and deformation. Through the methods of underground pressure monitoring, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the damage condition and mechanism of the surrounding rock in the roadway were explored. Strengthen the support, determine the reasonable grouting pressure is 3~ 5 MPa, design the specific plan of anchor mesh cable + grouting support technology, monitor the displacement of the surrounding rock during the application, and the results show that the maximum displacement of the surrounding rock during the tunneling is maintained Below100 mm, during the mining face, the maximum approach of the top and bottom plates is 378 ~ 519 mm, the maximum approach of the two sides is 450 ~ 750 mm, the surrounding rock is stable overall, and the section of the roadway basically meets the production requirements of the working face.
