摘  要:针对晋煤集团翼城晟泰青洼煤业2103综采放顶煤工作面的支架适应性情况,为了确定放顶煤支架在生产过程中的合适参数,矿方采用ABAQUS软件对2103工作面所选支架的前后顶梁比以及平衡千斤顶的工作阻力进行了数值模拟,得出了正常工作下的前后顶梁比为0.72,平衡千斤顶的合适工作阻力为2000kN,为了验证支架的实际应用效果,矿方对支架工作阻力进行了观测,分析后发现支架工作阻力都在额定工作阻力之下,现场应用效果良好,为煤矿安全生产提供了安全保证。In view of the adaptability of the 2103 fully mechanized top coal caving face of the Jincheng Group in the Taichengqing coal industry of the Jincheng Group, the mine used ABAQUS software to compare the front and rear roof-to-beam ratio of the selected support of the2103 working face and the working resistance of the balanced jack. The numerical simulation shows that the front and rear sill ratio is 0.72 under normal working, and the working resistance of the balanced jack is 2000 kn. In order to verify the practical application effect of the bracket, the mine side observes the working resistance of the bracket, and finds the working resistance of the bracket after analysis. Under the rated working resistance, the field application effect is good, which provides a safety guarantee for the safe production of coal mines.
