摘 要:淮南矿区大量档案资料类目繁多、形式多样、时间跨度大,未经系统高效的存储管理,以及地测资料档案编目设计的缺失,影响了企业地测专业资料的有效利用,同时制约了服务企业决策,一套目录规范、检索高效、以及应用便捷的数字档案管理系统显得尤为重要。本文介绍了数字档案化研究现状,并总结了当前淮南矿区地测资料档案管理存在的诸多问题,在此基础上提出了地测资料档案化管理系统的设计方案,并对地测资料进行了编目设计,实现了档案化管理系统的高效便捷。A large number of archives and data in Huainan mining area have various categories, diverse forms, and large time spans. The lack of systematic and efficient storage management and the lack of a cataloguing design for geodetic data archives have affected the effective use of professional geodetic data and restricted the decision-making of service companies. A digital archive management system with a directory specification, efficient retrieval and convenient application is particularly important. This article introduces the research status of digital archives, and summarizes many problems in the geological survey data archives management in Huainan mining area. Based on this, the design scheme of the geodetic data archival management system was proposed, and the geodetic data was catalogued and designed, which realized the efficient and convenient archival management system.
