四明山矿井建设项目管理浅析

摘　　要：煤矿建设项目管理部门的能力直接影响矿井建设和企业未来发展,针对四明山矿井建设管理,提出矿井建设在工业场地选择、施工、投资方面的建设特点,结合矿井多年管理经验,综合分析得出矿井建设管理主要内容包括安全管理、资金管理、信息管理、进度管理和协调管理,最终矿井顺利验收投产,取得的宝贵经验可为类似矿井建设项目管理提供实践依据。The ability of the coal mine construction project management department directly affects the mine construction and the future development of the enterprise. According to the construction management of Simingshan mine, this paper puts forward the construction characteristics of the mine construction in the aspects of industrial site selection, construction and investment. Combined with the management experience of the mine for many years, the comprehensive analysis shows that the main contents of the mine construction management include safety management, capital management, information management and progress management And coordination management, the final acceptance of the mine put into operation smoothly, can provide practical basis for similar mine construction management.
