摘 要:针对斜沟煤矿在冬季矿井通风产生风流反向的现象,借助理论计算、数值模拟和现场试验的手段来分析并联空气幕对隔断巷道风流的影响效果。模拟结果得到可视化巷道的静压和风速的分布规律,发现产生循环风流的巷道无风流,即风速为0,进而表明空气幕能有效阻断风流。采用双机并联的方式,其增阻和隔断巷道风流的效果明显比单机幕好,局部阻力与角度成正比的关系。In view of the phenomenon that the wind flow is reversed in the mine ventilation in the Henggou coal mine, the effects of the parallel air curtain on the wind flow of the partition roadway are analyzed by means of theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field test. The simulation results show that the static pressure and wind speed distribution of the roadway are visualized. It is found that there is no wind flow in the roadway that produces the circulating airflow, that is, the wind speed is 0, which indicates that the air curtain can effectively block the wind flow. Adopting the parallel connection of two machines, the effect of increasing the resistance and blocking the flow of the roadway is obviously better than that of the single machine screen, and the local resistance is proportional to the angle.
