摘　　要：热水水表依据的国家标准由国家市场监督管理总局、中国国家标准化管理委员会发布实施,IC卡热水表的电子装置部分的生产目前无标准可依。通过对IC卡热水表相关国家标准、IC卡冷水水表行业标准、热水水表检定规程进行初步的对比,分析标准与规程间的协调与一致性,提出了IC卡热水表标准起草的必要性及标准内容的几点参考。National standards for hot water meter are issued and implemented by the state administration for market regulation and the standardization administration.There is currently no standard for the production of the electronic component of the IC card hot water meter.Through the preliminary comparison of relevant national standards of IC card hot water meters,industrial standards of IC card cold water meters,and verification regulations of hot water meters,Analyzes the coordination and consistency between standard and regulation,and puts forward the necessity of drafting IC card hot water meter standard and some references of standard content.
