氯喹治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎致3例不良反应分析

摘　　要：氯喹为4-氨基喹诺酮类药物,除作为经典抗疟、抗阿米巴作用及用于某些自身免疫疾病的治疗,还被证明具有广谱抗病毒作用,该药主要的不良反应是眼部和神经系统方面,心血管系统方面发生率低。本文综述了氯喹治疗抗新冠病毒时引起心悸的不良反应分析。Chloroquine is a 4-aminoquinolone,in addition to its classical antimalarial and amoeba effects and its use in the treatment of certain autoimmune diseases,it has also been proved to have a broad spectrum of antiviral effects.The main side effects of the drug are ocular and nervous system,and the incidence of cardiovascular system is low.This article reviews the analysis of the adverse effects of chloroquine in the treatment of new coronavirus induced palpitations.
