摘 要:目的探讨检测超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血沉(ESR)对新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)诊断与治疗中的作用。方法分别测定NCP组、正常对照组的hs-CRP和ESR结果,分析hs-CRP和ESR对NCP的诊断作用。结果NCP组较正常对照组比较hs-CRP、单核细胞、单核细胞比率和ESR升高显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而NCP组淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞比率下降明显(P<0.01)。结论血液hs-CRP和ESR联合检测可用于NCP的诊断与预后观察的指标。Objective Objective to investigate the novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)diagnosis and treatment by detecting high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).Methods The results of hs CRP and ESR in NCP group and normal control group were measured respectively,Analysis of the diagnostic effect of hs CRP and ESR on NCP.Results In NCP group,hs CRP,monocyte,monocyte ratio and ESR were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01);But the ratio of lymphocyte and lymphocyte in NCP group decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combined detection of hs CRP and ESR in blood can be used for the diagnosis and prognosis of NCP.
