摘　　要：针对绞车保护系统独立分散的问题,依据实用、可靠、成本低的原则,从深度指示失效保护、闸间隙保护和松绳保护等方面设计了一套绞车保护系统的集中装置,并对该装置的安全性、实用性、可靠性及现场试验进行了分析。保护装置改进后的绞车在这一年多的运行时间内未发生任何故障,其安全性能得到了提升。The problems of independent dispersion of the winch protection system are based on the principle of practical,reliable and low cost.The centralized device of a winch protection system is designed from the aspects of depth indication failure protection,brake clearance protection and loose rope protection,and the safety and practicability of the device are realized.The reliability and on-site test were analyzed.The improved winch of the protection device does not have any faults during the operation time of more than one year,and the safety performance of the operation of the winch is improved.
