摘 要:以大型有限元数值模拟FLAC3D软件为技术手段,主要针对综放孤岛回采顺槽不同锚杆支护参数影响下的围岩支护情况进行模拟,从技术、安全、经济等方面进行对比剖析,制定了科学合理的支护设计方案。将该支护设计方案在云岗矿孤岛综放工作面进行了实践应用,提高了围岩稳定性,减少了回采顺槽维护和支护费用,降低了该顺槽的返修率工人劳动强度,提高了顺槽的安全性。Based on the large-scale finite element numerical simulation,the FLAC3 D software is used as a technical means to simulate the support of the surrounding rock under the influence of the support parameters of the different anchor bolts of the fully-mechanized top-coal caving,which is compared and analyzed from the aspects of technology,safety,economy and so on.The design of a scientific and reasonable support is put forward.The supporting design scheme is applied to the fully-mechanized top-coal caving face of the Yungang Mine,so that the stability of the surrounding rock is improved,the maintenance and support cost of the stoping groove is reduced,the labor intensity of the returning rate of the smooth groove is reduced,and the safety of the smooth groove is improved.
