摘　　要：针对带式输送机断带保护装置存在的问题分析了新型联动式断带保护装置。该装置包括触发机构和抓捕机构,通过凸型摩擦板和凹型摩擦板上下咬合夹持断带,咬合力较大,并覆盖皮带的全断面,对皮带夹持可靠,纯机械结构触发动作可靠,安装简便,断带时能及时触发机构动作阻止皮带下滑,同时使设备自动报警停机,能切实起到防止断带下滑伤人的作用。A new type of belt-breaking protection device for needle-b elt conveyor has been developed.The device includes a trigger mechanism and a capture mechanism,through convex friction plate and concave friction plate upper and lower bite clamping broken belt,the bite force is large,and cover the whole section of the belt,reliable for belt clamping,pure mechanical structure trigger action reliable,easy to install,can trigger the mechanism action in time to stop belt slide,at the same time make the equipment automatic alarm stop,which can effectively play the role of preventing belt slide injury.
