摘　　要：分析了无极绳绞车的工况特点,基于矿用无极绳绞车在日常运行中缺少断绳保护装置的问题,设计了一种无极绳绞车弯道段断绳保护器,具体介绍了该装置的主要结构、工作原理,并提出了一系列改进压绳装置的措施,以更好满足矿用无级绳绞车断绳保护的需要,保障无极绳绞车的安全稳定运行.This paper analyzes the working condition characteristics of the endles s rope winch.Based on the a rope-breaking protector in bend section of pole-less rope winch is designed.The main structure and working principle of the device are introduced in detail,and a series of measures are put forward to improve the rope-pressing device in order to better meet the need of rope-breaking protection and ensure the safe and stable operation of the rope-breaking winch.
