摘 要:针对工作面结采后传统机电设备拆除工艺繁琐、设备拆除周期长、设备损坏率高等技术问题,大同煤矿集团临汾宏大雪坪煤业有限公司通过技术研究,对结采时8204工作面内的采煤机、刮板输送机、带式输送机、设备列车、转载等机电设备提出了合理有效的拆除方案,通过实际应用效果来看,与传统设备拆除工艺相比,优化后的拆除工艺可缩短工作面机电设备拆除时间达4d,设备拆除过程中故障率降低至2%以下,保证了工作面设备安全快速回撤.In order to ensure the safe and efficient removal and withdrawal of the working face equipment, the Datong Coal Mine Group Linfen Grand Xueping Coal Industry Co., Ltd., through technical research, puts forward a reasonable and effective removal plan for the coal shearer, scraper conveyor, belt conveyor, equipment train, transfer and other mechanical and electrical equipment in the 8204 working face. After the optimization of the removal process can shorten the removal time of mechanical and electrical equipment in the working face up to 4 d. The failure rate is reduced to less than 2% in the process of equipment removal, which ensures the safe and rapid withdrawal of working face equipment.
